I'm fascinated about how the COVID Factor impacts every business differently. I had the opportunity to interview, James Randisi of Randisi and Associates. Jim's company occupies the pre-employment screening and drug testing space. Once again I became aware industry issues that I never gave a thought about.

Got it! COVID-19 is the great disrupter. It's also the great connector. We have all revisited many friendships the past month.
