๐ฃNow Hiring: Patient Care Coordinator / Optometric Technician โ Full Time
Pilot Point Family Eye Care is looking for a friendly, dependable, and outgoing team member to join our growing practice!
This is a cross-trained front desk and optometric technician position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, is comfortable in a busy patient-facing environment, and is excited to learn and grow with our team.
What you'll do:
โข Welcome patients and help with check-in and check-out
โข Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
โข Manage appointments and patient communication
โข Help with front office workflows
โข Perform patient pretesting and prepare patients for their exam
โข Learn to operate diagnostic equipment and testing
โข Assist the doctor and clinical team with patient flow
โข Cross-train in different areas of the practice as needed

No optometry or medical office experience is requiredโwe're happy to provide the training! A great attitude, reliability, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are all important for success in this role.
This is a full-time position in our Pilot Point office.
