Kadin has been a valuable asset to our team this summer. We are sad to loose him as he goes and starts his junior year of high school.

Some days he doesn’t think he does or knows enough. That is far from the truth. Everything he does is something that someone else doesn’t have to do and keeps the job moving, may it be something small and barely noticeable, or something that needs to be quick on the feet, we notice and are thankful. Knowledge will come as you keep going and willing to learn by doing.

One thing we are certainly going to miss is your witty and comical comebacks and comments about how the job/day is going.

Pull lead water lines. This pull was 50ft and done within a minute. Getting the lead out.

Replacing a galvanized water line in Oshkosh. Normally a 3 man operating unit, down a guy today, still out here making it happen.

85ft of new 4” HDPE sewer lateral going in at a Berlin home. Existing clay pipe had root intrusion at every joint and a couple spots of complete root blockage. We know when to call it when we’re jetting out a sewer to just replace it.

Something a bit different, but not new to us. We use to do a ton of these every year, since we got into sewer and water we don’t do as many. Still enjoy them.

Homeowner opted out of the open trenching as this job took a turn. With that tree over the waterline and how the existing waterline leaves the house things had to be done different. The majority of the extra expense would have been from replacing the hard surfaces.
We came up with a game plan already to help minimize the extra cost, but had to wait for approval, so on to the next one for now.
