What a mess for this home. First joint completely broke and filled with roofs.

Second joint was negatively pitched and holding water.

Both joints fixed, all the while working off the side of a hill.

Not the greatest picture but we had an emergency sewer repair in Tustin to get done. Sent camera down the sewer found it was not aligned properly. Dug it up and found that the fitting to drop down was raised up with a negative pitch.

Repaired it so the pitch is correct and now everything is flowing down. Added in a clean out for future disruptions.

Wouldn’t you know that we hit ground water at 33” and as we finished up our pump decided to checkout.

Pressure tank replacement happened at older farm house. The existing tank was around 75 gallon, they don’t need that size anymore since it’s not a farm now. Yes, the wire is kinda just hanging around, they are bringing in a electrical contractor to do some upgrades on the wiring also.

Water tap onto the City of Green Lake main for this upgraded water service. Brandon needed more water volume due to their 4 bashes with multiple shower heads. The existing 3/4” was to small and 1” was borderline so we increased it to an 1 1/2”, now they got the volume they need and a bit more.

We are all about Trenchless when we can. Pulled in a new sewer along with a new copper water service. Life is good.

Kadin has been a valuable asset to our team this summer. We are sad to loose him as he goes and starts his junior year of high school.

Some days he doesn’t think he does or knows enough. That is far from the truth. Everything he does is something that someone else doesn’t have to do and keeps the job moving, may it be something small and barely noticeable, or something that needs to be quick on the feet, we notice and are thankful. Knowledge will come as you keep going and willing to learn by doing.

One thing we are certainly going to miss is your witty and comical comebacks and comments about how the job/day is going.
