“Mondays don’t get love”

For a lot of people, it represents:..

* The end of freedom (weekend is over)
* A return to responsibilities, deadlines, routines
* Early alarms, commutes, and packed schedules

So emotionally, it feels like a loss—you’re giving something up (rest, fun, flexibility). That’s why people say things like “Monday blues.”

🧠 It’s more psychological than the day itself…

Mondays aren’t inherently worse than other days. It’s the contrast with the weekend that makes it feel heavier.
If Friday feels like relief, Monday feels like pressure—even if nothing actually changed except the calendar.

I use to hate Mondays…
But today, I see it as a blessing…
A blessing to start to …
