It’s easy to see what others are doing wrong…
But true strength begins when we have the courage to look in the mirror and examine ourselves…

Before we criticize, let us reflect…
Before we judge, let us pray…
Before we demand change from others, let us ask GOD to change what needs changing in us.

🌹 Maybe I do see the world through rose-colored glasses…

But after everything life has thrown at me, I’ve learned that choosing to see the beauty doesn’t mean I’m blind to the brokenness.

I know the world can be harsh.
I know people can disappoint.
I know plans can fall apart.

But I also know GOD is still good.
There is still beauty in ordinary days.
There are still blessings hiding in the middle of the mess.
There is still something to be grateful for.

So if seeing the world through rose-colored glasses means I choose hope over hopelessness, gratitude over complaining, faith over fear, and GOD’s promises over what my eyes can see—then yes, I’ll gladly wear them. 🌹

Because sometimes faith changes the way we see things before it changes the things we see.

“We walk by faith, not by sight.” —

🌹 Keep the faith. Keep looking for the good. And above all, keep your eyes on the LORD.

Is it really October already? 🍂🍁
Where did the time go? It feels like we were just welcoming summer, and now we're stepping into the last quarter of the year. The days are flying by, the seasons are changing, and life keeps moving whether we're ready or not.
Another month, another opportunity to count our blessings, embrace new beginnings, and trust GOD with whatever lies ahead. Not every day is easy, but every day is a gift.
Here's to October, cooler days, grateful hearts, and more reasons to give thanks. May the LORD guide our steps and bless the days ahead. 🤎🍂

Here are 4 things worth pondering…

1️⃣Happiness is not the absence of problems, it's the ability to deal with them…

2️⃣Feeling sad after making a decision, doesn't mean it was the wrong decision…

3️⃣You're not stressed because you are doing too much, you're stressed because you're doing too little of what makes you feel most alive…

Some mornings…

Thursday pause. 🌿📖

Sometimes the best place to hear GOD isn’t inside four walls.

It’s beside still waters, with His Word open, a simple meal in front of me, and enough quiet to remember that HE is still GOD —and I am still blessed.

No rush. No noise. Just a moment to breathe, reflect, pray, and be grateful.
Hopefully…

“HE leadeth me beside the still waters.” — 🤍

Thank You, LORD, for the quiet moments that remind me that I already have so much to be thankful for.

I’m loving the idea of taking this house from light siding to a deep, dramatic dark exterior, with warm wood-tone shutters and a black roof. A little modern farmhouse… a little mountain home… and a whole lot more me. 😍

Now I just need someone to make this vision come true! 😂🔨🖤
