9/23 Charcoal Sketch & Sip

Join us Wednesday, 9/23 from 6:30-8:30 for Sketch & Sip: Charcoal drawing done in paint & sip “step-by-step” style!
Learn the basics of drawing with charcoal, then follow as Nicole leads you through a completed drawing the same way she leads you through a painting: one step at a time 😉

$27 Per Person, all supplies included!
Please sign up by noon on event day. IMPORTANT: Please wear clothes you do not mind getting messy, as we can expect charcoal dust on EVERYTHING. (In other words: wear old black clothes and check your face for smudges before you leave!)

Park in the front lot, studio is around back. Overflow parking available in apartment lot across the street. Do not park in the rounded section to the far right of office lot please!

No smoking or va**ng on studio property please! If you choose to consume alcohol, please be sure you have a safe way home after the event. Creative Resilience is not responsible for your actions once you leave the studio, but we will try to advise your safe travels so you can join us again soon!

Sketch & Sip: Charcoal drawing done in paint & sip step-by-step style (wear black for this one too!)

Paint, Sip, & Learn: Ever since I started Mini Masters Art History Camp, I’ve wanted to do a paint & sip version for grown ups! We’ll learn basic information, fun facts, -and maybe even some scandalous stories- about our featured artists as we paint a step by step canvas in their style! BYOB as always 😉

The Inner Compass: call it intuitive art, oracle cards, or artist trading cards- whatever you call it, it will be a relaxing experience of arranging images, collaging, drawing, painting, or a combination of all of the above, on a series of cards that you can keep adding to with every studio visit! 😊 I will show you how to properly seal and finish them to make them usable.

Pinterest Adventures with Nikki: pretty much just that! I’ll choose one of the hundred or so pins I’ve saved over the years, gather all the supplies, and try it out! By the time it’s on the calendar, you can trust it went well enough to do it again 🙌😁💕
