The Building Center is proud to supply materials for another custom home project by Dave Reed Construction Services at the 1911 Cranberry private development in the Banner Elk / Elk Park area of North Carolina.

Dave Reed Construction Services is currently building two custom homes within this private development, and TBC is helping supply the materials needed from framing through the finishing details. Our Outside Sales Rep, Drew Derrick, has been walking through the process with the builder, helping coordinate materials and provide support as these homes take shape.

This week, our TBC Coastal Sales Team gathered at our Georgetown location for a Lunch & Learn focused on Spray Foam Insulation Training, sponsored by Enverge Spray Foam!

The team learned about the differences between open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation, along with the benefits each can provide. A key takeaway was how spray foam can help improve a home’s energy efficiency and contribute to lower power bills—an especially valuable benefit for homeowners in the Lowcountry and coastal regions of South and North Carolina.
