They recently provided invaluable assistance in resolving a significant trespassing and illegal encampment issue on our private property. Thanks to their swift action, citations were issued, and a mandatory cleanup order was put into effect. 👮💙

Illegal dumping, trespassing, and unauthorized camps on private land are serious offenses in Rapides Parish. The RPSO remains highly proactive; violators may face arrests, heavy fines, and strict legal accountability for restoring the land.

We are deeply grateful to Sgt. Fuller and Lt. Salard for their continued dedication to protecting the rights of local landowners and keeping our community safe. 👏👏

A huge thank you to the Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office and especially Sgt. Billy Fuller and Lt. Jared Salard, who assisted us with a major trespassing and dumping issue on our property. Not only did they make arrests and issue citations, but their swift action directly led to the cleanup of our land. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and for looking out for local landowners! We appreciate you!!! 👮‍♂️👏
Trespassing and dumping on private property in Rapides Parish is taken very seriously. Once you get caught violating local property lines or using our land as your dumpsite, RPSO will find you, you could be arrested, cited and fined. You will be held legally responsible for cleaning up every single bit of the mess you made!
