Up Country Towing & Recovery

Our tractor has been repaired for the second time and emergency snow removal operations are back up and running.

Today we are operating at our weekend emergency rate of 360 per hour, port to port, out of our Pioneer office.

This includes transport, 2 to 3 capable men, and our heavy duty tractor with commercial snow blower. We are not just clearing driveways, we are opening access so propane deliveries, tree crews, tow trucks, medical personnel, CHP and other first responders can reach properties, and so families can safely get in and out.

Discounts are available for low income households, first responders and military families. If that applies to you, let us know in your message.

Please include your name, address, what service you need, when you are hoping to get service, and anything else that will help us respond efficiently.

We are asking everyone not to repeatedly call our towing line. When that line is tied up, CHP and law enforcement cannot reach us for vehicle accidents and critical emergencies. We have to keep those lines open.

Things got a little icy on 88 East of Hams station today. M. Psarras from UCT had to run a temporary hard closure with Caltrans, District 10 while they got the sander in there. Even capable AWD and 4x4’s weren’t able to proceed! 🫡 🇺🇸h

C. Tidwell and M. Keeney worked a single car collision off of Highway 49 and Electra Rd today about 100 feet down in the creek. Always slow down & move over for emergency personnel.
