Another project completed. We demoed the old barn, cleared the site, and installed a new building pad that’s ready for construction. It’s always rewarding to take something that’s reached the end of its life and prepare the property for what’s comes next.

Imported 600–700 tons of topsoil over the pond levee. Graded and Harley raked the area to prepare for seeding, then installed erosion control over the seeded areas. The remaining areas will be seeded and covered with erosion control as spring rains allow.

Imported 200 yards of dirt to level the customer’s backyard and regraded the area to create a safe, mowable slope.
