We were proud to celebrate with Edison State Community College on Monday, August 24, as the college officially marked the completion of its new locker rooms with a ribbon cutting.

The annual Piqua Chamber Steak Fry & Auction is just around the corner, and we’re looking for a few volunteers to help make the evening a success!

We need 4 volunteers to help greet attendees, collect tickets and serve steaks and sides as guests go through the buffet line. Don’t worry, you won’t have to grill the steaks!

After your shift, stick around and enjoy the evening with live and silent auctions, beverages, great food and plenty of networking opportunities.

Ed’s impact on Piqua has spanned decades, from his time as athletic director at Piqua City Schools to his leadership in the Dream Project, helping make the stadium at Piqua High School a reality.

The 2026 Mental Health & Community Resource Fair is coming up on Thursday, September 3, at the Miami County Courthouse Plaza in Troy.

The event will bring together more than 80 agencies and employers, with on-site job interviews and opportunities to connect with local community resources. The Miami County Dental Clinic will also be providing free dental screenings.
