Janet founded her consulting and training practice, Organization Solutions, in 2001, helping businesses and organizations implement more efficient workflow processes and business solutions. Based on growing demand for Janet’s results, she now regularly shares her custom-created solutions and training courses on her eLearning site: www.ABetterWayTo.co. With a bachelor's degree from Taylor University where she double majored in Business Administration and Psychology, Janet combines her education, experience, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office© and natural gift for organizing to serve her clients. She brings increased efficiency to individuals and teams working in small and large business, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. Janet’s professional and community associations include the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO), with Golden Circle Distinction. She has also been selected by NAPO to design and deliver training for their national membership. Janet was recognized by Women in Business Networking, a program of the Better Business Bureau, as a Top 25 Woman to Watch, class of 2016, as well as Outstanding Leader in 2019.
