WHY WE TRAIN POLICE FOR REALITY!!

🚨The Hernando County Sheriff's Office released body camera footage showing a narcotics suspect shooting two deputies during an early morning raid in Spring Hill FL.

Date & Time: Thursday morning, September 10, 2026, at approximately 5:00 a.m.

Location: A home in the Berkeley Manor subdivision in Spring Hill, Florida.

Law enforcement surrounded the home and used a public address system and flashbangs to announce their presence. The 29-year-old suspect, identified as Anthony Cusati, allegedly fired shots through the front door from inside the residence as team members moved in.

Two deputies were struck: one in the arm, and another in the chest and leg (with the chest round hitting body armor and another piece of equipment, preventing fatal injuries).

Both deputies suffered non-life-threatening injuries, received treatment, and are expected to recover.
