**1-Hour Consultation Package – $100**
Perfect for hosts already doing well but looking for expert feedback, strategy advice, or a second opinion on their listing and hosting decisions. We can focus on listing optimization, guest communication, or growth planning based on your goals.
**1-Hour Consultation + 4 Weeks of Follow-Up – $400**
Includes the initial one-hour call plus unlimited follow-up via email for four weeks. You’ll receive tailored advice and strategy guidance as you implement the recommendations. All emails are answered within 24 hours to keep your momentum going.
**Airbnb Listing Optimization Package – $400**
A complete optimization service to help your listing rank higher in Airbnb’s search results and attract more bookings. This includes keyword and photo review, pricing recommendations, and overall performance strategy. Includes a one-hour consultation if not already part of another package.
**PriceLabs Implementation and Setup – $400**
I’ll integrate PriceLabs dynamic pricing into your Airbnb listing to help you maximize profit and manage your calendar more efficiently. Once setup is complete, you’ll receive a personalized video walkthrough showing you how to use the software effectively. Includes a one-hour consultation if it’s not included in another package.
**Hospitable Setup and Implementation – $400**
Complete setup of Hospitable (formerly Smartbnb) for one listing to automate guest communication and property management. You’ll get a custom video walkthrough to show you how to navigate and use the software. Includes a one-hour consultation if not already provided in another package.
**Co-Hosting Services – 5% to 25%**
The percentage depends on the level of management you prefer.
- For pricing strategy and booking management only: 5% of each booking.
- For full property management, handling everything from guest communication to maintenance coordination: 25% of each booking.
