Starrlight Mead’s artisan winery and tasting room is located in Pittsboro, North Carolina, at the new Chatham Beverage District. This historic complex is located just southeast of downtown Pittsboro, off old 64, two miles east of the Courthouse on the circle. Starrlight Mead is located on the hill overlooking the fields at The Plant in the big blue building.

Join us from noon until 5 for a great time for everyone! Bring the kids!

We're taking over the Plant for a fun festival for everyone! Learn to make mead. Eat a turkey leg. Shop over 30 vendors. See knights fight with swords. See large birds released back into the wild. Grab some drinks. So much to do!

Sunday, Sept 27, 2–4 PM at Starrlight Mead (130 Lorax Lane, Pittsboro). We're hosting Elevate Your Brew II: 15-minute one-on-one feedback sessions with a panel of industry veterans — Ben (16-year commercial mead maker), John (commercial brewer/brewery owner), Emily (commercial brewer), and Thomas (veteran commercial brewer and Wake Tech brewing instructor).

Bring up to two samples. Sit down with the panel. Walk away with real, specific feedback on your recipe and technique — the kind of feedback that's usually hard to get outside a commercial setting.
