NC Bluelab ~ Artisan Cheeses and Home Grown NC Wines NC BlueLab uses local whole cows milk to make hand-crafted, old-world, French style blue cheese to complement our own Haw River Valley Red and White wines.

I have begun to research and develop making my own blue cheese. Stay tuned for further updates as production ramps up over the next few months. I am currently a second year student of viticulture and enology at Surry Community College, and worked over the summer in a small local vineya
