At Farm School, Heather Kirk approaches children’s behavior with the understanding that all behavior is communication. Her work focuses on looking beyond the behavior to understand what a child may be communicating and how best to support them.

Big feelings and challenging moments are part of childhood. Through caring relationships, connection, and co-regulation, Heather supports children in developing the skills to understand and express what they need.

I have had the honor of guiding so many amazing children during their Farm School years. I love when we randomly cross paths in the city or I get updates from their parents.
