Assistant manager Lisa at Loews Pembroke, Mass “Gets It.” She helped my father in law and I pick out a grill and figure out how to fit it in the SUV. Didn’t have much time before an engagement party for my daughter and future son in law. She moved fast all the while supporting other employees and customers. She Problem solves!! Love Lowe’s for hiring this type of person!

Twiggy Gets-It. I haven’t been at Kona Grill in over a year, she remembered my wife and I, got our order in before happy hour ended, gave great recommendations and had amazing energy. I asked her what motivated her to high performance and she said it’s “her regulars, she loves them.” She gives energy and gets it right back…interesting 😉
