With Somera Road’s leadership, the property is currently undergoing a $37 million transformation which includes property and residential updates, new innovative office space, updates to parks and greenspace, and the addition of new riverfront residential office and living space. New leases for community-focused and amenities-based tenants are currently being added. The new tenant mix will include offerings where the community in and around South Side Works can and daily necessities and conveniences, in addition to new food and beverage & retail options.
