Most doula/client relationships begin a few months before the baby’s estimated due date. During this time it is important to establish a good relationship where the mother and, if applicable, partner feel comfortable asking questions, expressing any fears or concerns, and taking an active role in creating her birth preferences. Throughout labor, I will provide continuous support through massage, c

omfort techniques, positioning, aromatherapy, etc. I do not provide any type of medical care, but can offer resources and help a woman to have a better understanding of the procedures.
