Hey Moobaru® Store Family!!!!

Great big apologies for the lack of updates! We have been hard at work behind the scenes, working on things that are much bigger than the store itself, moving towards the original intent and purposes of doing this!!!

What's in store? Well, the Starry Night, Sporty, Wilderness, Share the Love Moos are all getting some cosmetic changes done to them. After careful consideration, we decided that the designs were a little too similar to Subaru® properties so we are keeping the wonderful colors, the ideas, and swapping out the stars and some of their alignments to keep with the theme of the moos, but also give them intent as well! We also have a new line of Moos that will follow those color schemes to add some depth to our Moos for Subaru® Vehicles collections

In terms of others, we will be spending the Month of May and June expanding out the Occupational and Worker Moos. So be on the lookout for that! I also have to go through some moos we have already made, and get them on the site so you all can enjoy them as well!!!

Hey Moobaru Store Family!!!

I have some really quick survey questions for all of you, to help with communication on our end of things. For that have ordered through us in the past:

1. Were there any parts of the ordering process that were confusing? (Specifically the time from order to delivery)
2. Were communication e-mails clear?
3. Did you take the time to look at the FAQs as recommended before ordering?

I try to be as transparent as possible when it comes to expectations before you order, after your order and when the shipping label is created and I had several incidents over the last 2-3 weeks where I want to make sure that these are outlier problems and not the norm as we move forward. Obviously we would love to eliminate all problems but that's not feasible, but if we can further alleviate any issues, that would be amazing.

Any and all criticism or help would be appreciated. I don't mind harsh realities, and if we are doing something that we could be doing better, I want to know! Beyond performing miracles of course. ;)

Was able to get some of the packages out today, some will go out tomorrow with the remainder planned going out on Thursday!!! :)

Then I'll be looking at the next series of packages that need to be labeled and started! Overall though, faster order to ship times than last year! Progress!!!!

Winter Storm Delivery Updates!

Wanted to get on top of this, but we got a good bit of snow and are still getting some in the East Pittsburgh area. I'm hoping to have all the packages that I got ready out by Tuesday, but it might be Wednesday until I can drop them off!
