We’re excited to shine the spotlight on John, our dedicated Administrative Support Specialist, who’s about to embark on his second winter season with us. John is the epitome of reliability and is always willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed. Whether it's assisting a coworker or making sure everything runs smoothly, John consistently brings a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to the team. We’re lucky to have him!

We’re thrilled to spotlight Monty, our new Field Operations Specialist! Since joining us this summer, Monty has been hard at work growing and retaining our network of top-notch Service Providers for snow removal services. During the snow season, Monty manages sites and crews around the clock to ensure reliable, high-quality service for our clients. His dedication and hands-on approach have already made a big impact, and we’re excited to have Monty on the team!

Now, onto the fun stuff! Here are three cool facts about Monty:

1. Monty’s home is full of fur 🐾 and feathers 🪶 with his two Boston Terriers, Myles and Bailey, and a 40-year-old cockatoo named Kookie who’s been squawking up a storm for decades!

2. He’s an outdoor adventurer who loves bike riding and hiking. You can also catch him and his wife on the open road, traveling in their trusty Winnebago. 🚴‍♂️

3. Monty is currently restoring a 1914 Ford Model T and hopes to be cruising the streets by spring 2025.🛺

Justin’s role is all about building bridges—whether it’s developing new business, managing current customers, or ensuring top-notch service, he does it all with expertise and enthusiasm. 1. Justin is about to become a dad of two! He already enjoys bike rides with his 7-year-old daughter and can’t wait to add a new set of training wheels to the family adventures when his baby boy arrives. 🚴‍♂️

2. When Justin’s not closing deals, you’ll find him reeling in a big catch or perfecting his golf swing. ⛳️

3. He’s also a talented musician, often strumming tunes on his acoustic guitar to unwind. 🎸
