Ensures quality and timely service results by managing construction bids and work orders. Interfaces with clients and provides updates to Clients. Assists Clients with scheduling contractor appointments. Locates, partners with, guides, and manages expectations with vendors/contractors. Reviews, manages, and tracks vendor/subcontractor performance. Maintains open lines of communication with new and existing vendors/subcontractors with the goal of building a solid, reliable, and diverse base of residential construction subcontractors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Generates business by helping customers resolve problems and follows up on work in progress.
Uses oral and written communication to provide bid and work order offerings to contractors.
Guidescontractors through bid/work order acceptance, scheduling, and completion.
Recruits quality vendors/subcontractors and qualifies previous construction or residential remodeling/rehabilitation experience and background.
Is knowledgeable in general residential construction activities; uses this knowledge to assist with guiding vendors/subcontractors to the desired project/work order outcome.
Communicates with vendors/subcontractors and with internal Company personnel to research and resolve disputes or concerns brought by Clients or by a vendor/subcontractor during the performance of a work
assignment.
Resolves concerns diplomatically by communicating with Clients and Vendors.
Establishes rapport with vendors/subcontractors brought into our network; uses professional relationship skills to assist with assigning work.
Grooms and retains quality vendor partnerships.

Education:
Associates Degree in Business or Equivalent required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Typical Experience:
Two+ years’ experience in a real estate or construction customer service, sales, or vendor management position required. Previous experience with or understanding of residential remodeling and/or construction activities required.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
