Lauraine Carpenter graduated MHTP in 2023 on Native American Style Flute. She immediately began working in the Corewell Health Care System in Michigan sometimes working nearly thirty hours a week. Recently she started working at St. Charles and St. Vincents, both part of the Mercy Health Care System in Ohio, and has reduced her total hours to thirteen a week. In her words: "MHTP has given me the opportunity to provide therapeutic music in a healing environment which can transform patients, staff, and visitors. One can see and feel the healing power of music and people are so appreciative of the calming and relaxing sounds."
