eNGINE is currently hiring a Part Time, 100% Remote Time & Attendance Lead. This role focuses on obtaining and organizing the time/hourly efforts of our Consulting Workforce, communicating with external stakeholders to confirm time, and working seamlessly with eNGINE’s back office to ensure payroll and billing functions are receiving accurate Time & Attendance information.
Schedule is Mon-Wed, 15-20 hours per week. Workstation will be provided. Responsibilities include:
1. Contacting employees to confirm time is submitted in a timely fashion, and recorded accurately.
2. Sending time sheets out to external stakeholders and ensuring prompt response from each party to confirm time.
3. Addressing any discrepancies with Stakeholders and internal eNGINE staff when necessary.
4. Internally documenting and sharing information with back office.
REQUIRED:
Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Exchange and MS Excel.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong customer service drive.
Ability to communicate professionally, both verbal and written.
