Tim Hindes and Erin Sogal are heading to the Ohio Provider Resource Association (OPRA) Fall Conference in Columbus to talk about exactly that.

Their session, "Hold the Line: Staying True to Your Brand Through Merger, Money, and Leadership Change," is a practical conversation about what to protect when an organization is under pressure and what you can actually afford to let go. The kind of framework leaders wish they had before the transition started.

The proposed rule would update standards on class size, staffing, health and mental health services, workforce qualifications, and transportation and could significantly impact more than 30,000 children in Pennsylvania.
