having your own business has its rewards
can’t nobody take that away from you
but entrepreneurs gotta ask themselves:
do you own a business…
or did you create a job for yourself? 🤔
if the business stops
every time you stop working…
you escaped the 9 to 5
just to build yourself a 7 to 7
…7 days a week 😩😫
PTO nope!! “paid” vacation..tuh
health insurance…nah
401(k) match…humph
everybody say…
“why make somebody else rich?”
okay…
when you become successful
you gonna share profits
with the employees helping make you rich…or nah??
can you make payroll a for sure bet
when customers ain’t paid you yet?
can you leave tax money alone
when it’s sitting there looking spendable? 🫣
revenue looks cute 😏
before EBITDA bears fruit 😒
how strong are your financial roots?
revenue make you feel rich
but cash flow tell the truth
yeah…your kids can’t inherit your job
true…but what if they don’t want your business?
what if Dennis don’t wanna be your apprentice?
what if Dennis wanna be a dentist?
build something for your children…fa sho!!
but give them an option…not an obligation

nobody gets to stand still

it leaves nothing to spare

don’t worship entrepreneurship…or employment
