This type of harassment is also very prevalent in the gaming and casino industry. If people are dropping millions at the table, it's a tolerated practice to allow these patrons to freely harass, and physically and verbally abuse the casino employees.

Board Diversity Mandates Spread

A mandate similar to the one in California that boards of directors overseeing public companies include women is under consideration in Illinois, New Jersey, New York and Washington. The California law requires that publicly traded companies with their main executive offices in California have at least one female director by the end of this year. By the end of 2021, California companies with five board members must have at least two women on the board and those with at least six seats must have a minimum of three female members. Roll Call
