🍽️ Another great First Friday Member Meetup in the books!

We had a fantastic turnout at Shin Dig today, with plenty of familiar faces, new connections, and great conversations happening throughout the room. These casual lunches are one of our favorite ways to bring members together, catch up with old friends, and make a few new ones along the way.

We’re bringing a new Quaker Day experience to Downtown Plainfield! 🎉

Join us Saturday, September 19th for the Quaker Day Parade Brunch on the Rooftop at Hendricks Live! Tim Weigel is giving you a look at the rooftop terrace and the incredible view you’ll have as the parade makes its way through town.

It takes a community to welcome a community! 🏡❤️

A huge thank you to the incredible volunteers who joined us to stuff Welcome Bags for new homeowners throughout Plainfield! With 10 delivery routes covering neighborhoods across town, these bags are a great way to introduce our newest neighbors to the businesses, organizations, and resources that help make Plainfield such a wonderful place to call home.

We’re grateful for everyone who donated items for delivery and volunteered their time to help assemble and deliver these bags. A special thank you to Kinnamon Financial for sponsoring our Welcome Bag program and helping us give new residents a warm Plainfield welcome!

New this year, we’re taking parade day to a whole new level with our Quaker Day Parade Brunch on the Rooftop! Guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet, music and parade announcements from our DJ, great company, and an elevated view of the parade route on Saturday, September 19.

We have just 3 Rooftop Experience Sponsorships remaining at $500 each! Sponsorship includes recognition on event signage, verbal recognition from the DJ during the event, and four tickets to the rooftop brunch.

What a great morning of conversation at our September Small Business Roundtable! 💬

Alex Perry led an engaging discussion on the different ways we communicate, breaking down passive, aggressive, passive-aggressive, and assertive communication styles and how each can impact our conversations at work and beyond. Attendees had the chance to reflect, share experiences around the table, and explore how being more intentional with the way we communicate can help us navigate difficult conversations with greater confidence.

A huge thank you to Alex for bringing such great energy to the room and giving our members plenty to think about and put into practice!
