Due to the incoming inclement weather, we will be closed on Monday, January 26th. The safety of our customers and employees will always be our priority. We will reopen on Tuesday the 27th at 9 am. Thank you to everyone and please be safe and enjoy the show!

In advance of the upcoming season, we would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
We will be closing at 1pm today, Christmas Eve, and obviously closed tomorrow for Christmas Day.
The shop only will be open on a Friday, December 26th from 9-430 and on Saturday, December 27th, from 9-1.
Rescue Appliance will be open on New Year's Eve from 9-430 and closed on New Year's Day.
Please be safe and enjoy your time with friends and family.
And to those who celebrate other holiday services, Happy Hanukkah and Kwanzaa!

Rescue Appliance Parts and Supply would like to thank all those who understand that we have been extremely busy and that there may be a wait time for an appointment. We appreciate you supporting a small family/veteran owned local business and will continue to do our best to serve your needs.
To those who cannot be patient and decide to be rude to our employees on the phone or demand to speak to a technician, or come into the shop with an attitude, my name is Tom and I'm the owner. Leave your name and number and I will get back to and personally treat you the same way you have to our employees.
Rescue Appliance employees are expected to treat all those who call and all home appointments with respect and dignity and expect the same return courtesy from our customers.
As for those who do not think the office personnel are knowledgeable of their job duties or the appliances they service, I will gladly put up what they know against what you do. Otherwise, you wouldn't be calling or coming in the shop.
We hope look forward to continuing to service your appliance repairs and provide the parts you need.

Monday 9am - 3pm
Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri 9am - 430pm
Saturday 9am- 1pm.
Sunday's and Holidays Closed
(As determined by management)

Good morning Rescue Appliance Parts & Supply followers!
A couple of updates for everyone.
First, we would like to welcome Heather McHugh to our Rescue family. She is our new part-time office assistant. Please make sure to give her a call for your parts and appointment needs.
Also, our store hours will be slightly changing starting Monday, April 24th, 2023.
Mondays will be from 9am to 3pm.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays will be 9am to 4:30pm.
Saturdays will still be 9am to 1pm.
Closed on Sundays and designated major holidays (will post hours as the holiday nears).
Until then, we will continue to be open on Mondays until 4:30pm and Thursdays until 3pm. All other days will remain the same.
The hours change will only affect the parts store. Rescue Appliance Repair will still be covering your in-home needs on an appointment based schedule.
Thank you for allowing us to continue to serve your appliance parts and repair needs.
On another note, Rescue Appliance Repair has now expanded its coverage areas to include Scranton and Drums. (So I guess that makes three updates!)

Rescue Appliance Parts and Supply will be closed on Monday, July 4th, 2022 and re-open on Tuesday, July 5th at 9am.
We wish all to have a Happy Independence Day! Be safe and make sure to enjoy and respect the freedom we have been given to be citizens of the USA.

We would first like to say, THANK YOU, to everyone who has used Rescue Appliance to provide them with the parts they have needed to keep their appliances running. We look forward to continuing that service for the long run.
On another note.......
Please remember, we are NOT a large chain company. We are NOT an online distributor.
We are a small, independent, locally/veteran owned business. We have employees, overhead, utilities, stock to resupply, yet most importantly......WE MOST LIKELY HAVE WHAT YOU NEED NOW!!!!
If you are here to compare our prices to those on the internet, please save us both time. We are sure you can find prices at a lower cost online, but are they the right ones? Do they have it in stock? Do you have it now to make your fridge or range or washer run today?
For those of you who understand how a business works and the process of supply and demand and instant satisfaction, we once again thank you for your support.

First and foremost, as a Veteran owned small business, we at Rescue Appliance are especially grateful to all those who have served this great nation. Without the brave and honorable sacrifices of those men and women of the Armed Forces, we, as proud Americans, could not have the opportunities afforded us today. A single day of the year and a humble THANK YOU can never be enough to show our appreciation.

Secondly, we would like to announce that we have extended our hours, here at the shop, as of November 1st, 2020.
We will now be open until 430pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. This is to better assist in helping our customers with their repair part needs.
