This project was done for the new A&B Sunrooms location on Hwy 115 in Bear Creek. Building was on solid bed rock so hammering was needed for the posts.

In ground pool fill ins and removal by C&D Angelo LLC.

C & D Angelo LLC is a full service excavating contractor that provides services such as in ground pool fill ins. We handle draining of the pool and removal of the liner. Then the pool bottom is broken up to allow for proper subsurface drainage. Walls, sidewalks, and equipment are completely removed and the pool is backfilled and compacted with fill dirt. The project is finished with topsoil and seeded.

C&D Angelo LLC provides driveway grading and resurfacing. The driveway area around this home was improperly graded and was directing water towards the house. The driveway was regraded to provide proper drainage then resurfaced with 6 inches of compacted 2A Modified stone to prepare for blacktop.

C&D Angelo LLC provides excavation services such as grading, foundations, land clearing, utilities, and building pad construction. We are a certified dealer for American Steel Carports and Garages and offer a complete building package which also includes design, site work, concrete, and utilities.

Site work project for a post frame building by Green Tree Pole Buildings. Removal of an old garage to make way for a much larger building. Significant excavation and hydrohammering was need to cut into the hill side to make room for the new building. The bank was stabilized with the boulders that were dug out of the hill. Proper drainage was installed to ensure a dry building and landscape.

Here is one of my buildings from last season. It’s a 30x30 with a 8x30 lean-to. Fully insulated with 10x8 insulated garage doors and openers.
The build sight was about 4 feet out of level and needed extensive work to ensure proper drainage around the building. I handled the entire process from design to finished product.
I’m an Authorized Dealer for American Steel Carports and Garages. I can custom design a building to meet your specific needs. Difficult build sights are not a problem. Just show me where you want it and I’ll make it happen. If you would prefer a post frame building, I work closely with NEPA’s premier pole builder Green Tree Pole Buildings.
