What an incredible way to wrap up our Summer informational session events!

On August 25th, more than 40 guests joined us at Seasons 52 in Princeton to learn, ask questions, and explore how planning ahead can make a meaningful difference for the future. We had the opportunity to share valuable information about Springpoint Choice with couples planning for their future, adult children attending with their parents, and individuals exploring alternatives to traditional senior living.

Many attendees shared that the presentation gave them a better understanding of the importance of having a plan in place that can provide care while allowing them to remain in the comfort of their current home. Several were ready to take the next step and schedule a personal appointment to explore how Springpoint Choice could benefit them and their families.

We’re hiring! Springpoint Choice is seeking an experienced Full-Time Care Navigator to help older adults age in place with greater independence, confidence, and support.

Based in Lewes, DE, this role provides care coordination, coordinates in-home services, and helps members access resources and long-term care support, among other key responsibilities.
