We easily become prisoners of the moment especially if we find ourselves in a difficult situation. The uncertainty or stress makes us feel like we must do something to fix it ASAP. The problem is that we begin to rely on emotion more than intelligence. We tend to make decisions that don't align with our goals because the "fix" seems to be just what we need. Don't get trapped into making a life-altering decision because of temporary issue.
