Good afternoon Texas Elite Safety Team Ltd Co. followers! I will start off by saying thank you to everyone who has liked, followed, and shared this special page to others. Yall truly are the best and I'm glad we have a strong support system.
My name is John Vargas Sr. I am a Co-Owner and the Operations Manager for T.E.S.T. I want to put a face to the name and company. Most of yall who know me, know this is a passion of mine. To the ones who don't know me, I have always been a protector, on and off duty. I've been a security officer for 5 years. I have experience in schools, places of worship, venues, strip malls, movie theaters, birthday parties, quinces, bars, clubs, and etc. Its not easy work and its not hard work. One thing you need in this industry is a level head. Learn to take out emotion when dealing with high stress situations and also low stress situations. Keeping your head on a swivel and making the right judgement calls. I enjoy being the overseer when others can't or have no self awareness. I find myself being someone's guardian angel out of habit. I thank God for making me the way that I am and the way that I think. I am an outgoing person, I'm fun, caring, stern (when needed), outgoing, funny, observant, and a big teddy bear (at times). I always do my best when doing what I love to do. I have integrity. I try my best to hold myself accountable. I have alot of great qualities to finally be able to open a business to help others protect what they love.
