Talent is not enough! What you bring to the table naturally, with little effort is not enough to elevate you. It may sustain you for a season, while you are okay with just getting by but it also would have you on your death bed knowing you were capable of more.

I could be a decent sales man, and make a pretty decent living but honest me knows that would not be enough. We have to dig deeper and put in the work to develop our natural talents and improve our natural shortcomings. Operating in your strengths alone will never reveal the complete picture of who you were made to be.
