We’re excited to share that both + have rolled out brand-new cocktails — and it’s more than just about drinks, it’s about crafting an experience! 🍹

Inspired by the desire to shed the cold and welcome sunny days, this collection features bright, fruit-forward, and floral takes on classic cocktails, designed for good vibes and great company. As our Beverage Manager Nahm Kim puts it: “Our goal was to create approachable and modern drinks using fresh, lively ingredients like matcha, tea infusions, lavender, and lychee — perfect for the party crowd.”

Here are a few standouts to sip this season:
🍍 Pineapple Matcha Margarita (Only available at Assembly Hall)
– Casamigos Blanco, pineapple, matcha, cream of coconut, agave, lime
🍋 Lychee & Lemongrass Collins (Available at both locations)
– Tito’s Vodka, St-Germain, lychee, lemongrass, lemon, soda
🍑 Peachy-O (Only available at Legacy Hall)
– Crown Royal Peach, pineapple, peach purée, lemon, Tajín

🌮 Taco ‘Bout a Success! 🌮
Our first-ever Tacos & Takedowns event , presented by , was a flavor-packed knockout! With an incredible turnout of 1,286 guests and over 500 Lunazul cocktails served, the energy was off the charts.

Huge shoutout to our participating eateries—over 15 unique taco creations brought serious heat and serious variety. Guests got to taste it all, and every bite was a winner. 🥊🌮

Thank you to everyone who showed up hungry and helped turn this event into an unforgettable fiesta!

This month, we are thrilled to celebrate two incredible team members who have reached major work anniversaries!

Jamie Patrick is celebrating 3 years with us as the Director of Sales, leading the private event sales department at both & . Jamie’s dedication, hard work, and exceptional leadership have been instrumental in our success. We are incredibly fortunate to have her on the team and look forward to many more years of growth and success together!

Jade Stuer-English is celebrating 2 years with us and has grown from an Operations Manager to an outstanding Sales Manager. Jade now handles all of our private events at , ensuring seamless and memorable guest experiences. Her attention to detail and commitment have played a significant role in creating unforgettable moments, and we are so grateful for all her contributions.
