We are a full service Generac generator dealer.

We are looking for a Power Solutions Expert, who is familiar selling, installing and troubleshooting Generac generators.

In house training regarding our processes will be required. Knowledge of Generac products not required but definitely helpful.

The ideal candidate is a VERY self-motivated, determined and focused individual with professional sales experience who embraces the challenges that come with responding to each customer's unique needs and desires. You would be responsible for going out to do in-home consultations from leads that we have setup in the office, as well as getting leads of your own, with cold calls.

You will be selling generators that we sell, install and service to homes and to businesses in and around a 50 mile radius of our office in Plantersville, TX.

This position is base salary plus commission. A company sales vehicle is provided, as well as a company cell phone, fuel card and Ipad.

Qualifications:

VERY SELF MOTIVATED
-Demonstrate proficiency in basic math and spelling
-Possess a good understanding of sales and marketing tactics with Generac generators
-Previous generator sales a plus but not required.
-Have excellent communication and customer service skills
-Outgoing personality and willingness to work with the public daily
-Must have valid drivers license and own reliable transportation

Job Requirements:
-Sell standby power generators to homes and businesses.
-Visit customers in their homes, offices, restaurants, industrial parks, retail businesses
-Generate new leads through various sales tactics
-Create and build relationships with customers through proactive communication
-Ask questions to gather detailed information on customer needs
-Communicate with management to convey customer's desires
-Build rapport with potential customers
-Introduce services provided
-Bring back all required information needed to quote potential jobs
-Maintain a consistent and organized follow up system
-Follow up on all leads
-Re-market areas every few months
-Maintain an organized; clean and professional appearance at all times
-Research industry trends and related publications to enhance market knowledge

Physical Demands:
-Must have ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
Experience:
- Outside Sales: 1-2 years preferred
- Generac sales certificate a plus, not required.
-Work authorization is required.
-Required background check
-Required drug test for new hire as well as randomly
-Must pass all of the above, as well as have clean driving record.
