As you know, the farm has been closed since last year. Several of you have inquired about the Country Club property itself. Were happy to announce, our rezoning request was approved this week!

The property will be divided into six parcels, each with 10+ acres. So, if you're looking to move to the country, while staying close to the city, then don't wait, these lots will go fast.

Greg is the Under Secretary in Residence in the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources. He spent the past three years as the under secretary of marketing and regulatory programs for the USDA. He is a former director of the Nebraska Department of Agriculture, a role he held for 12 years, making him the longest-serving director in the organization’s history.
