Black folks are loosing their restaurants because they’re forever renters!! How can you lease a space for 30-years, makes no sense!! Buy a lot, that’s your starting point! So long as you own the lot that will take some of the stress off of you!!

The KING of Soul food has passed, Adolf Dulan- June 18,1934 - May 1- 2017. Adolf's funeral was held yesterday, Very Nice! Oh how classy! The repass was very classy! Held at the calif Afro American museum! They feed everybody! Not just the family!!! Oh how classy!! They did not run out of Food!!! Oh how classy!! Not just fried chicken, but a full course meal!! Oh how classy!!! Just like Adolf Dulan Exceptionally CLASSY, Handsome Man!!
