Since his first day, Dakota has been willing to do whatever is needed to support the team. Early on, he spent three months out of town helping with work at the Google Data Center, where he quickly proved he could handle challenging assignments. Whether it's jumping into a different truck or taking on a new role, Dakota is always willing to help wherever he's needed. In just over a year with Elder, he's learned multiple parts of our operation, making him a dependable teammate who can contribute in a variety of ways.โฃ
