Join the 2026 Derby Day Walk-A-Thon supporting retired thoroughbreds that raced at Prairie Meadows, with all proceeds benefiting aftercare. Participants may walk or run, track miles, and collect pledges. Registration is open for virtual or in person participation. All registrants are guaranteed to receive a Walk-A-Thon t-shirt when registered at least 45 days in advance. The event concludes May 2 on Kentucky Derby Day at Prairie Meadows. Participants may complete final miles on the racetrack from 2pm to 3pm, followed by live racing and a Kentucky Derby viewing. Attendees must be 21 or accompanied by someone 21 or older.
