Not every lawn is easy. Not every season goes perfectly. But one thing we’ll always stand behind at Lawn Police is making things right when something isn’t up to our standards.

This customer trusted us after their lawn was nearly dead from broken sprinklers and poor soil conditions. Together, through aeration, overseeding, proper fertilization, and w**d control, we helped bring it back to life.

Last season, they had concerns about persistent morning glory w**ds and a scheduling issue. Could we have ignored it? Sure. But that’s not how we operate.

One of our supervisors personally came out after finishing his own route, inspected the lawn, admitted the results weren’t acceptable, retreated the property at no charge, and adjusted the treatment plan to get better control moving forward.

That’s the culture we try to build here:
✔ Own mistakes
✔ Listen to customers
✔ Fix problems quickly
✔ Never settle for “good enough”

Perfect service isn’t about never having issues — it’s about how a company responds when challenges happen.

Reviews like this mean a lot to us because they show the heart behind what we do. We really do listen to feedback. Thank you for trusting Lawn Police for a third season. 💚

🚨 Seeing ugly grassy clumps in your lawn already?
It’s probably NOT crabgrass.

We’ve been getting a lot of questions about this recently, but in Northern Utah, true crabgrass typically doesn’t start appearing until late June or July.

What most homeowners are seeing right now is usually tall fescue — a completely different grassy w**d that grows in clumps and survives year after year.

✅ Tall fescue = perennial clumping grass
✅ Crabgrass = summer annual that spreads outward later in the season

We made a quick visual guide to help explain the difference:

Have you added liquid aeration to your lawn care program yet? Now is the perfect time!

Liquid aeration helps break up compacted soil so water, oxygen, and nutrients will soak deeper into the root system. Meaning your lawn can use water more efficiently and stay healthier, greener, and overall stronger through the heat of the summer.

Making sure your lawn gets the most out of watering is more important than ever. If you haven't added liquid aeration, now is the time!
