Witherspoon is 100% right, and yet people are angry with her for telling the truth: "The jobs women hold are 3x more likely to be automated by AI, yet women are using AI at a rate 25% lower than men on average. We don't want to be left behind."

However, folks who work in the trades are, for the most part, not going to be replaced. In fact, they are going to have even more economic power. And those trades jobs are dominated by men.
