An aspiring young woman from a small Indian town arrived in the United States with nothing but dreams—and a newborn baby in her arms. Ten years ago, I walked into this firm with a dream: to build and establish a company of my own in the United States. Today, by God’s grace, that dream has become a reality, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to make it happen.
It’s an honor to represent our team on the big stage in front of 30,000 successful advisors which was also a dual-cast venue in Vegas at our annual convention this month.
This event brings together brokers from across the U.S. and Canada to gain fresh insights, hear from our leaders, and celebrate the achievements of our Champions. Everything is possible with focus and dedication.
A big shout-out to our family, friends, partners, businesses, clients, mentors, and leaders who took the time to mold our team into what it is today through their outstanding leadership and mindset. Without all of you, none of this would have been possible.

Our focus is to reach $10 million in monthly revenue as a team, and we are very close. This milestone reflects how many families we have helped and where we are heading together.
