The Food Service Technology Center (FSTC) was opened in 1987 as a fuel-neutral scientific testing facility for benchmarking the energy performance of equipment used in commercial kitchens. (PG&E) and operated by Fisher-Nickel, inc. and is the most valuable resource for the commercial food service industry. Along with a library of information on equipment performance, the FSTC provides expertise in

commercial kitchen ventilation, water heating and building energy efficiency, including lighting, glazing and HVAC.

As a People Leader for the Market Engagement discipline, Hillary Rollins has built strong working relationships, coached and developed her team members and empowered the people she supports to discover new ways to expand Frontier’s reach in the energy efficiency space.

Outside of work, Hillary is an avid traveler, volunteers for local grief and support groups, and loves spending time with her family and cat, Dot. She brings the same positive attitude to her personal life as she does to her team.
