Part one, unfortunately the phone got shut off.
I was attacked by a mole!!!! Bit my glove and I screamed like a girl, flipped the mole across the yard and here it comes for more.... sorry ya missed it but he is at the train station now....

Pic on the left is from a Prime time customer, called to report damage, (alot) overnight. Got out there asap and caught the little $OB....
Pics on the right are from a long distance, 4 acre job for 10 days, caught one before I left and had three more the next afternoon. Lots of shrew sign so prolly won't get a ton of moles but will get the yard cleaned out before I'm done.

These two men are really working hard making positive changes to this course! Wyatt Robinson Superintendent and Anthony Cioccio assistant Super, have long term goals which take time and persistence. When you get a chance to play here you will realize how nice the place is. Kent and Charlie do a fine job keeping things mowed and looking nice.
The club had a severe mole problem that was extremely overwhelming and with many other projects that needed attention, they called in the Pros at @ Iowa Mole and Gopher Control.
I started this 50 acre 9 hole course on the evening of August 6th and completed the first trapping session tonight August 20th. I believe we ended up with 61 moles as of today. Ill be handling the mole problem till May 1st, 2027. I will return in about 4 weeks to pick up any new moles on the property. For now it sure looks Good!!!! This job taught me to start getting before and after pics or videos because it is unbelievable how different this place looks now.
If you enjoy golf I encourage you to go play the course and perhaps even get a membership there, the evenings sure are beautiful up on top of Colfax!!!
