Executive Coaching Circles based on the Enneagram.

What is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram teaches that there are 9 different personality types in the world, one of which we naturally gravitate towards and adopt in childhood to cope and feel safe.
Most folks assume they know who they are with “pretty good” understanding, even though they don’t. They don’t question the lens through which they see the world, where it came from,
how it has shaped their lives or even if the vision of reality it gives them is distorted or true.
Even more troubling, most people aren’t aware of how things that helped them survive as kids are now holding them back as adults. The Enneagram is a powerful tool for personal and professional leadership development.
As Executives, Managers, Supervisors or Team Leads, your participation in one of these circles will provide much needed support and clarity as you navigate a new year within your organization. Understanding yourself and those who walk/work in this world with you can provide the boost you need for lasting transformative change within you and your organization.

What to expect:
The Enneagram Circles will consist of 7 participants with 1 Certified Executive Enneagram Coach who will offer a short teaching on the Enneagram and facilitate circle sharing based on the presented material for that session.
Other details
*All circles will be held online and begin the last week of January.
*Circles will meet once a month for 1 hour each month.
*Circles will continue for 9 consecutive months. (January - September)
*The meeting day and time of each circle will be determined. Each circle’s meeting time will be based on the availability/preferences of each individual.
*All circles will meet during the workday between 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday. There will be no evening circles.
There will be no homework
Cost: $135.00. $15.00/session

Perhaps it’s time to slip away for awhile and give yourself a little TLC.
I will be leading a retreat Dec 6-8 at the Christine Center in Willard, Wi. The theme of the retreat is how to make our spiritual practices and the realities of daily living come together in a meaningful way.
Whatever our “spiritual practice” is (meditation, contemplation, prayer, walking in the woods, church services) it should have an impact on how we walk in the world and how we interact with others.
