Score your AI idea before you build it.
Most owners pick their first AI project by what sounds exciting. That is how you end up with a website chatbot that fails in public and can never be measured.
We use a 4-question scorecard instead. Rate your idea 1 to 5 on each.
1. Repetition. How often does someone do this task.
2. Cost of a mistake. Cheap and internal, or public and expensive.
3. Measurable. Can you show a clean before and after.
4. Data. Do you own what it needs.
Add it up. Under 10, not yet. 15 or higher, build it first.
Run your idea through it and comment your score. We'll tell you where it lands.
