We are experiencing power issues in the New Carlisle area due to high amounts of power fluctuations from the surrounding construction.
This might cause you to notice your internet dropping for a couple seconds up to a couple mins.
We are actively working on correcting this issue.

Storms have left extensive damage from last night. Tower crews and technicians are diligently working to get everyone back online.

Update from the storms:

We have generators at many tower locations trying to keep our services up. We are still cleaning up from the storms. As always if you are still out of service, please contact us and we will get one of our techs as soon as possible.

Warning:

Strong storms are predicted to come thru Wednesday April 2nd. So be prepared for similar outages. As the power companies are working, we will be working just as diligently.

Our warehouse has several power lines down outside it and trees everywhere. Our shop didn’t kick over to generator but our networking team is working on it right now. Power is out everywhere in Plymouth and surrounding areas which will cause some of our sites to be down as well.

We will keep you updated as we hear more.

Edit: We are currently working on multiple tower sites in the Plymouth and South Bend areas and a couple surrounding sites also. We do not have an eta on this as some are without power (which is out of our control).

We will be closed on Thursday November 28th, 2024 for Thanksgiving. Also we will have limited staff on Friday November 29th and Monday December 2nd.
