It is hard to believe that I have finally gotten a chance to meet this young lady Bernadette. We have been talking on the phone for a little more than 16 months related to home care’s policies and procedures.
She started her home care before me and my previous consultant felt that we should communicate so she connected us.
So, when people say “oh they are not going to support you” not true.
This young lady has been my ride or die before I opened Tender Touch Home Care Agency and still do.
Yes, we do cover some of the same territories but we do not see it as a competition because there are more than enough clients.
We see it as supporting each other, so that we both can be successful.
