Nothing extreme.
No crash dieting.
No chasing motivation.
Just structure.
I focused on stabilizing my energy, being more intentional with meals, and building consistency instead of relying on willpower.
The difference has been significant for me.
More steady energy.
Better discipline.
Less crashing.
